”Staff great. Loved backyard breakfast patio and scones great. Also, backyard lounge chairs private and comfortable. My only negative was the closet, which was part of a wall system with bureau. It was impossible to reach bar to hang clothes”

”My second time in Martin House Inn. It is situated in the hearth of town and is close to the ferry, buses, shops and restaurants. Still the location is quiet and not crowded. Had a room with a shared bathroom which worked out fine. Common areas were charming. Enjoyed breakfast, afternoon treats, Friday cheese and wine and evening sherry or bourbon nitecap. Beds were comfortable and everything clean. Will return for shure!”

”I loved the hotel, very clean and staff was great! I wish my room had been in the main building because I did not get breakfast the first day of my stay. I was hoping that it was served in both locations, but no one told me that it was only served in the main building when I checked in nor was I told the hours for breakfast (I used Google to get this information.)”
