”Nice place for quick stays in Punta Arenas. Incredible host, close proximity to the airport, and nice amenities.”

”Great experience”

”Very clean and staff was great. ”

”Everything was as should, nothing to complain. Fast and smooth check in and out. ”

”Great option for backpackers. Good included breakfast, hot hot shower and bed was great. The gentleman at the desk saved me by helping me figure out how to get a new tourist card at investigative police station. Highly recommend”

”Great place to stay. Great staff. Delicious dinner and breakfast. Only caveat is at the moment (26 September 26) the hotel is adding a large extension to the building so there was a lot of building work noise till 6.30pm and it started again at 9am. Because of the noise it was difficult to relax.”

”Other than the security concerns below, overall this is a nice accommodation. Not too far from the city centre, great price, and a simple but decent breakfast. Room was comfortable. There were two issues however, that might make me try a new place next time. Although the quiet hours were after 11pm, there was significant noise in the common area until 12:30am and starting again at 7am when we were there. This may not be something the hostel can control though. More importantly, however, it seems...

That said, it is showing some wear and tear and the old heating system was definitely keeping things toasty despite the cold weather. Staff was excellent and very friendly and most, but not all, could communicate in English. The breakfast is very mediocre with just toast, single-serving yoghurt, cereal, juice and coffee. There was also something that looked like scrambled eggs and it...

”Clean room, great bar, breakfast solid. Nice central location.”

”Debiera cambiarse la tina de baño por plato de ducha, para ofrecer al adulto mayor. Gracias”

”The kitchen was stocked and they provided breakfast every morning, which was nice. The space was clean and it was nice to have separate bedrooms (4 people, 3 rooms). The location is walking distance from the bus-stop and was a great hub for staying in the area. Would recommend. ”

”Our stay at Hotel Albatros was pleasant. We only stayed for one night but were made to feel welcome and was provided a lovely breakfast. ”

”The rooms were large and well equipped. The staff was friendly, helpful, and had excellent English. There is dinner available at the on site restaurant. It was both reasonably priced and delicious. Breakfast, included in the room rate, was also great. ”
