This carriage home comes with a 1 car garage and a fully screened lanai with outdoor dining furniture. This carriage home includes 2 full bedrooms, an open concept den with a sofa bed, a brand new kitchen, dining space, laundry room and lots of natural light! Onsite amenities include walking paths, a community room and a heated pool which is a quick walk to the unit.

The Space:
Your seasonal rental carriage home is tucked away at the end of the building and being situated on the corner you get extra windows for additional light. Your rental includes a paver driveway and sidewalk along with a 1 car attached garage. We make it easy to go to the beach as we have 2 beach chairs, a beach cart and umbrella and a boogie board all ready for you. The rental home has 2 bikes and two BBQ grill's (one gas and one charcoal) located in the garage. Guests can also use dumbbells, barbell, yoga mat and step up board. There is a travel bed for babies and some board games to enjoy while staying at the home!

Featuring first floor living, there is multiple options for sleeping including the main bedroom suite with a King bed, the second bedroom with a King bed and the open concept den has a sleeper sofa which is Queen size.

The entire kitchen was completely renovated in summer of 2024 and features stainless appliances and quartz counters all in a sleek and modern design. There is a waterfall island with chairs and a wonderful dining table for 6 inside of the kitchen (2 chairs not shown in photos)

The laundry room is located just outside the second bathroom and the screened lanai has wonderful privacy as it looks out to a natural preserve.

Your carriage home has a nice open concept and is very clean, organized and is all set up for you to have a wonderful stay. Woods Edge is conveniently located off of US -41 just south of Bonita Beach Road and you are a very quick drive to Bonita Beach and Doc's Beach House, Barefoot Beach, Lover's Key, Downtown Bonita Springs and much more! Some of our favorite places to go locally that are about 5 minutes or so from this community are Golf Safari, Royal Scoop Ice Cream, Coconut Jack's, Zorba's Greek Restaurant and the Bay House Restaurant.

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. These are the additional fees NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RESERVATION AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY.

This is a self check in property and all guests who are fully paid with HOA approval will receive access instructions prior to arrival.
