The home is completed by a two-car garage and laundry room with GE Profile washer and dryer. Outside, the screened lanai has a built in gas grill and a heated swimming pool with spillover hot tub. With your rental, you have the option to pay a one-time $750 transfer fee for access to the Fiddler's Creek Club & Spa. The membership transfer includes all club benefits - resort style pools, restaurants, full service fitness center, tennis center, and more. 2025 SEASON BOOKING DETAILS: A 3 month minimum may be required - a two month rental may be considered with bookings for January and February OR March and April.

GUEST LIST: A guest list including full names and ages of all people who will be staying overnight must be provided in writing at least 24 hours to the guest(s) arrival.
