Loistava majoitus rannan läheisyydessä
Seitsemän yötä Napolissa, jonka aikana majoituimme Di Palma Suitessa. Loistava palvelu alkoi jo ennen matkaa, kun meiltä tiedusteltiin kyydin tarvetta majoitukseen. Huoneistossa oli 5 viisi hotellihuonetta ja aamiaistila. Talon aula on vartioitu ja alue jolla majoitus sijaitsee(Santa Lucia) on Napolin siisteintä mutta myöskin kalleinta. Huoneessa oli hyvä sänky, siisti kylpyhuone ja suihku sekä pieni parveke, josta merinäköala. Omistajaperhe oli erittäin mukava. He tekivät kaikkensa jotta majoittuminen sujuisi mukavasti. Aamupala oli hyvä. Omistaja oli paikalla keittämässä kahvia, paistamassa munakasta sekä puristi tuoreista appelsiineista mehua. Tarjolla paljon makeaa italialaiseen tyyliin. Hotellilta lyhyt matka rantaan, jossa paikalliset kävivät uimassa. Napolin keskusta myös lyhyen matkan päässä. Keskustassa hyvät ravintola ja ostosmahdollisuudet. Sinne kannattaa suunnata edullisempien hintojen perässä. Hotelli sijaitsee noin 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä metrosta ja lautoista. Bussipysäkki hotellin lähikadulla. Kaikken kaikkiaan erittäin miellyttävä kokemus! Voimme suositella vilpittömästi.

There was no one there for check in but host communicated well. The room smelt very musty and the walls were paper thin to the point I could hear the neighbor next door cough. Also got rudely awakened by extreme loud quests at 3am. Room had a queen size bed and a twin with only two pillows for both beds. Thankfully we only needed it for one night. Great location by the port.

Great location for coast and old town. Property itself staff were waiting outside room for us to leave most days so they could cleaning. Left key in door one day luckily nothing stolen. Breakfast the same everyday and awful coffee made in microwave. No information on area and felt an inconvenience to them.

Our stay at Di Palma Suite was great, our room was large and clean. The ocean view was also very nice. The breakfast was only mediocre, we chose to find a nearby cafe instead.

At Di Palma Suite, we found a cozy and great atmosphere, typical of Napoli Environment. All the staff was great and accommodating. The B&B is located at Santa Lucia, one of the oldest and best area on the gulf of Napoli. Safe, calm with an astonishing panorama. The rooms were really antique and classic. I would highly recommend everyone who wants to visit Napoli or even for doing some relaxing smart-working

Séjour juste passable
L'établissement est bien situé, dans un quartier à la fois animé (restaurants, bars, etc.) mais calme. La chambre était grande et la literie de bonne qualité. En revanche cela s'arrête là. Nous avons passé 3 nuits et la chambre n'a été faite que le lendemain de la 1ère nuit (c'était donc la mauvaise surprise en rentrant le soir suivant notre 2ème nuit) ! Le petit déjeuner était très sommaire avec des produits de basse qualité (quelques viennoiseries, mini sandwich, quelques céréales dans des boites, des fruits un jour et pas les autres jours, et des jus de fruits industriels). C'était le seul endroit où nous avons bu du mauvais café en Italie! Un comble. Bref, nous avons été surpris par la bonne note de cet établissement, juste passable, que nous avions vu lorsque nous avons réservé

Perfect stay for a family in Naples
The rooms, including the bathroom were very clean and recently renovated. The hosts were very friendly and the location is perfect to visit both the historical center as well as Napoli's beautiful "lungomare"

Sentirsi a casa a Napoli
Accoglienza calorosa, grande disponibilità nel suggerire percorsi in città, seguiti come se si fosse a casa. Ottima la posizione, camera grande, pulita. Bagno nuovo con doccia comoda e pulito. Tra palazzi antichi in zona silenziosa a due passi dal mare e dal centeo storico. Da consigliare.

家族で経営しているB＆B。最初2泊で予約し、1日延泊しました。初めてのナポリだった事、ナポリ着が夜だったので空港からの移動はシャトルサービスを予約しましたが正解でした。窓から少しだけヴェスヴィオ火山が見える部屋は広さも十分、掃除もきちんと行き届いていて快適。 朝食もハム・チーズ・ヨーグルトにケーキ等十分な内容でした。 鍵を3種類渡されます（建物玄関の鍵・B＆B玄関の鍵・部屋の鍵）が2番目のB＆Bのドアのカギがなかなか開かず苦労しました・・。部屋の窓のカギもうまく閉まらなかったりしますが、不満点と言えばそのくらいですね。卵城や王宮にもアクセス良く、しかも周囲はわりと安全なエリア、価格も手頃でおすすめです。

Really grand interior--typical Italian sense of style, lots of antiques. Room was large and comfortable as well. Location couldn't be much better. Owners (group of brothers and sisters) very friendly and helpful. Unbelievably quiet for a location beside the bay on a busy street--barely heard anything from outside at night. Having to use so many different keys to enter and exit at night was a nuisance, and the presence of three different elevators from the ground floor up to different parts of the building took some getting used to, but a small price to pay for the greater parts of it all. Drawbacks for me: 1) breakfast--not much selection, and nearly everything sweet! The owners, though, did make fresh omelettes and espresso on order; 2) the owners' level of English was a bit of a problem with several misunderstandings about things, although admittedly, nothing serious came up; 3) no staff/or owners on or near the building after breakfast was a little inconvenient, especially when we discovered after check-in that our bathroom had no toilet paper and we couldn't find any either inside or outside the room!

Une bonne adresse à Naples
Situation proche de la mer. La vue n est pas directe, un autre palais est devant. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. La literie de bonne qualité. Il manque les taies pour les oreillers suppl. Cela a été signalé et reglé. Le petit déjeuner est je trouve un peu décevant. Nous n avions que du pain de mie à disposition. J ai demandé des paninis et je l ai eu le lendemain, mais ce n est pas d office . C est dommage. Et la problematique generale du cafe. Soit un dé à coudre ou un lait au café. Difficile de trouver le bon dosage pour le petit dejeuner. Nos hotes ont cependant toujours répondu à nos requêtes efficacement et avec le sourire. Un B&B familial bien tenu dans un "immeuble" Napolitain typique de Naples avec un ascenseur à l ancienne.Navette aéroport 30 Euros le trajet. Bien pratique. Sinon arrêt de bus au port Porta di Massa à 20 min à pieds de l hôtel 5 Euros le trajet.

Nápoly 4 napban
Nagyon szép, tiszta, kényelmes szállás, csodálatos kilátással az erkélyéről a Vezúvra. Központi helyen elhelyezkedő szálloda. A tenger, a kikötő, és Nápoly sétáló utcája is gyalogosan, könnyen elérhető. Személyzet nagyon segítőkész, barátságos, minden kérésünket teljesítették. A reggeli nagyon egysíkú, kevés étel választási lehetőség van. nem mondható bőségesnek. Összességében nagyon pozitív élményeim maradtak erről a szállásról.

Exceptional Hospitality
Di Palma Suite was exceptional even before we got there. Since we were able to communicate via WhatsApp with Francesca-owner...very friendly...we were able to make arrangements for a very pleasant stay at Di Palma. If you are coming from the Port Molo Beverello, Enzo (the BEST) can pick you up for a very reasonable fee (do confirm a day in advance though) OR when you exit the port...make a left...when you get to the tunnel, make a left...go up the stairs and look for the address. The car service (reasonable fee) to the airport is also a great service and gives peace of mind when travelling. We LOVED that they have this service. The room was squeaky-clean, roomy, comfy and tastefully decorated. I liked that they provided slippers and toothbrush....toothpaste...very convenient. When we arrived at Di Palma, we were warmly greeted with a fresh juice and salt/sweet pastries. The attention we got was like going to visit nice cousins. The girls who take care of the place(Federica, Julia, Rafaella) took pride in making us feel comfortable, safe and taken care of. They gave us great suggestions. I can't forget Salvatore who whipped up some fantastic cappuccinos & made us breakfast; he was also super friendly. And Enzo...he's the best & funny guy too. Di Palma is an easy walk to the Royal Palace...opulence at its best, galleries, shops, many great restaurants on side streets, etc. Naples has a lot to offer & Di Palma is the place to stay for their incredibly hospitality.

Felt like a family stay - warm & friendly
Traditinal stay great location - around corner from Bay of Naples & restaurants etc near Port for ferries to Capri Positano etc - So welcomed & looked after by Julie & G & Franseca and chaffeured around by brilliant driver Enzo - offer of coffee after a big day out at Capri was so appreciated

Great BnB. Clean, large room. Loved balcony. The only problem we had was no phone service in Naples and there was no 24 hr lobby as was indicated and you needed to call them and we could not, even using WiFi of restaurant and that was entire time in Naples with no service. We had to ask a stranger who had service to call but by that time we had missed a tour we had booked. Worth the effort bc they were extremely nice people but make sure you contact them prior bc it’s an old large building with many businesses and apartments and apparently they do have connection issues.

This property was beautiful. It’s got a great location (right on the water). The staff is so kind. Our son was sick and they continually checked in on us. If you’re going to be traveling abroad, this is the hotel you want to stay in.

Lille og hyggeligt sted tæt på strand promenaden
Dejligt område tæt på byen og hyggeligt strandpromenade område. Skønt med lille altan med udsigt ud til vandet. Morgenbuffet var simpel og pladsen meget træng - og få til at betjene mange gæster. Håndklæde varmer var kun aktiv få timer tidligt om morgenen. Ikke alle dage blev der fyldt op med shampoo mm. Mange små steder hvor der kunne bruges een med håndværker snilde.

ガリバルディ駅から1号線で2駅行った駅から10分くらいで着きます。 コンドミニアムを改装したような作りで、見つけるのは、少し手間取りました。 ホテルのロゴが入り口に貼ってあるので、それを目安にすれば大丈夫です。 わからないことは1階の守衛さんに聞くと色々教えてくれます。 エレベーターは３人乗れるかな？くらいの古いものですが、歴史を感じられて個人的に好きです。 朝食も美味しいし、ウェルカムジュース、パン、チョコをチェックイン時に準備してくれました。 従業員さんは皆さんフレンドリーで気分良く滞在させて貰いました。 立地も良く、卵城やヌオーヴォー城、サンマルテ城へのケーブルカー乗り場にも徒歩で行けるので、1日分の観光を徒歩圏内でまかなえます。 ナポリは治安が悪いと言われていましたが、↑の辺りは身の危険を感じることはありませんでした。 次回来る事があれば、同じホテルに泊まると思います。
