Saapumisen jälkeen alkoi varauksemme liittyen sekannus, Varasimme E - bookersin kautta 4 henkilölle majoitusta + aamupala (7 yöksi, 2 aikuista+ 2lalsta) Paikanpäälle saavuttuamme hotelli virkaijlija sanoi meidän varaus on vain yhdelle henkilölle kaikki loput pitä maksaa erikseen sekä majoitus että aamupala nyt, vaikka meidän paperissa lukee 4:lle. Hän sanoi hänen konessa luke vain yhdelle eikä suosutunut otta yhteyttä e- bookersiin työnsi paperi ja sanoi selvittäkä ite ja tulkka uudestaan. Meidän varaus no. 7379307484525. Olemme valmiiksi maksaaneet kaikki etukäteen sen takia paikanpäällä kaikki pitäisi olla valmiina, ei tarvitse enää vaiva nähdä. Kuitenkin jouduimme varauksemme tilanne selvittämaan soittamalla erittäin kallis puhelu joka kesti n, tuntti. Minut pidettin linjalla ja puhelin myyjä neuvotteli samaan aika toisella puhelimella hotelin kanssa. Se tilanne oli epätoivosta odottamista, vaikka puhelin neuvottelija lopulta sai meille kaikille huoneen ja aamupala neuvoteltua. Huom! meidän matka alkoi kotonta 05 aamulla Hki - Rooma Finnarilla. Rooma Da-Rooma termiini Junalla.Rooma term. - Napoli Junalla ja siiten kävelemalla Hotellin savuimme n klo.16 paikalista aika. Sitten alkoi tämä varaus sekannus jne. Lopulta pääsimme huoneeseen n. klo. 18. Minusta tämä oli E-bookersin ja Holiday Inn Napolin välinen viestintä ongelma mutta me olimme kärsijä, sanoka mitä minuun pitäsi tehdä tämmösessä tapauksessa, odotan teidän vastauksenne. Delighted to have stayed here. Quick and early checkin to a premium room at a great value. A pearl of a hotel in an industrial sea. This was the best designed and equipped hotel I stayed in 5 cities in Italy. Very pleasant dining and bar room and terrace. 10 minutes to airport or center plaza.

The hotel is not located in an area you can walk. The AC in my room did not work well, the room was not as cool as the hall. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The car service the hotel uses to pick me up and return me to the airport was excellent.

The Holiday Inn in Naples is a beautiful hotel. The staff (particularly Rosa and Coro) were very good. Rosa upgraded us to a room on one of the renovated floors, which was lovely. The room was clean and had very comfortable beds. The staff was prompt to order us a taxi both into the city centre of Naples and to the airport. The only shortfall of this hotel is that the surrounding area is depressed/run down, which is no fault of the hotel. We chose not to walk around the area of the hotel and opted to order taxis, but we still felt safe overall. Very good spot if you are looking to stay in Napoli.

The area around the hotel seemed very run down and unsafe. The Hotel it self was ok could have been cleaner, the rug in the room needed cleaned and the mattress was very lumpy and had a very bad sleep.

The hotel is good for a one night stay but the area where is located is far from everything . The taxi from the airport even if is considered near airport charged us 26 euros. The hotel should have shuttle to the airport. There is a shopping nearby but everything was closed.

The tub had stains and rust marks. It did not drain well. The windows were so dirty visibility was hampered. The staff was friendly and upbeat.

The room was ok and the bed was comfortable, however instead of carpet it had a wooden floor which could have done with a good brush. Not very comfortable to walk on in the mornings after stepping out of bed. I was not impressed with the continental breakfast and only had it one morning out of 5. A very poor selection. I’ve seen better. Very convenient to the International airport, just 4 miles. Gianturco train station for Pompeii is only a 15 minute walk.

We had 2 different nights booked. Our room for the first stay was excellent, clean , updated. The second room we stayed in was very disappointing as the bathroom was quite dated, old bathtub and shower head sprayed all over.

Very convenient for early flight to airport. Good dining options available that allowed avoidance of Naples’ neighborhoods near the airport. Beds weren’t the most comfortable, but they were sufficient. A bit pricey but the best of limited acceptable choices.

This was a wonderful property to stay at before our flight the next morning! Check in was easy, the rooms were comfortable, my daughter used the gym and said it was great. There is a bar and restaurant in the hotel and there is a wonderful restaurant across the courtyard as well. Calling a taxi from the front desk was easy and they were able to get a taxi van for all our luggage. This was perfect for us!

The staff were exceptionally helpful and super friendly! Giuseppe and Eleanora in particular. The room was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. The food was delicious and all of the hotel was spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend. Dont be put off by the surroundings!!

They don’t have shuttle to Train station which is just 2-3 miles only and outside the area is not very good. So don’t think of outside walking around.

I know our location doesn't seem as attractive as some downtown areas, but this is a convenient location to move, close to the train station and airport. Beautiful spot staff and property were lovely. Breath taking view. Very accommodating. They allowed us to store luggage and use facilities till our transfer arrived at 5PM. Would highly recommend the hotel to others.
