Delightful stay in Naples Park

This property is accurately represented in its posting. It is a spacious 3/2 with heated pool in the heart of the Naples Park neighborhood. While it is half of a duplex property, we never heard or saw our neighbors, so it felt very private. As shown in the pictures the property has not been updated for many years, but we found it to be very clean and comfortable and well laid out. The heated pool was delightful. We would recommend this rental for visitors to Naples Park.

Cozy And Well Equipped

The house was very clean and well equipped with everything you could need and more. The sample coffees and shampoos were a nice touch. It also had beach towels and chairs for the beach. We came with our dog so we didn't walk to the beach, but we enjoyed the patio and walking the neighborhood. The neighborhood seems quiet except on New Years, but that was expected. Everything was very comfortable, the beds, bathrooms and the TVs. There are games and some great books under the TV. And there are TVs in just about every room.

We enjoyed our stay in Naples. Alan was quick to respond to any questions. The home was clean with a great outside area, hot tub and pool. A very accommodating place to stay which is close to the beach.

Great spot for family vacation

Place was just like advertised. Pool and hot tub was great along with outside seating area all screened in together! With outdoor TV! Kids loved it. Televisions in all rooms was a plus. Very clean and well kept up. Would recommend for a family with kids and even room for grandparents.

Home away from home

This home was the perfect find for our family! The bedrooms, bathrooms and living area were all spacious. The home was very clean and well stocked. Carl is very responsive and respectful. The pool and hot tub patio area was incredible! private, peaceful and so beautiful!

Naples Christmas vacation 2024

This vac was our fourth in a year with extended family for Christmas. We were very happy with this house. It’s a short drive to the beach and close to stores and amenities to enjoy. Large screen TVs in bedrooms, great room and poolside made everyone happy to follow football games, we watched games from the hot tub. The kitchen came equipped with all the necessary equipment and then some with a crockpot and blender. Essential supplies were also included. We’d recommend this house.

Clean but could use some updates

Alan’s home was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved using the pool and the jacuzzi in the evening (even though we couldn’t figure out the heater. Lol) and ate on the patio table a couple of evenings. The master bedroom and bathroom is right when you walk in and the other 2 bedrooms are kind of on the other side of the hallway so it was nice to have some separation. The house could use some updates-tears on the patio furniture, old towels, handles missing on dressers. I’m only saying this in case you’re looking for luxury and new. This is a comfortable home and at a fair price. I didn’t need luxury- just a clean home near the beach so it served our purpose.

Very clean, would stay here again

The property was very clean and in good condition with many amenities. The host allowed us to check in early as soon as the cleaning crew finished. We did have a communication issue with the host, but they were readily available over the phone to resolve the issue.

Nice pool and spa

Was very nice overall, a few issues with an old TV in living room, a/c vents need cleaning. Had all kitchen stuff you could want. Pool and spa were a plus, though hard to use old digital controller with spa. Once i got the hang of it was fine. Nice having a Weber grill. Wished it had use of garage, was my mistake. Needed to take golf clubs in and out each time. Over all was good.

Great Stay

House was just as described and pictured. Very well stocked and all the furniture was very comfortable. Pool and spa were great. Was a little nervous when we first saw the location, just off a major road and some of the house were a bit rundown but were thrilled with thus house and the owner made everything simple. Would definitely revommend.
