The Space

Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed to ensure maximum comfort, with plush bedding and stylish coastal decor. The master bedroom features a king size bed with its own TV, blackout shades for a serene atmosphere, and an ensuite bathroom with a tankless water heater, ensuring endless hot showers. You will find a Pack 'N Play crib and a highchair in the walk in closet in case you have little ones with you.
With a king-size bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, spacious closet, and blackout shades, the second bedroom ensures comfort and restful sleep.
Featuring a queen-size bed, blackout shades, a ceiling fan, and French doors that open to the swimming pool oasis, the third bedroom offers both style and easy access to outdoor relaxation.
For additional sleeping space, the game room includes a comfortable queen sleeper sofa that accommodates two guests.
Conveniently situated, the second bathroom complements the beach vibe with a tankless water heater, ensuring uninterrupted hot showers after a day in the sun.

The game room provides entertainment for all ages, with a variety of games, including an arcade Pac-Man with 60 additional games, foosball, darts, and more. It's the perfect spot for friendly competition or unwinding with family and friends. The queen sleeper sofa in this room not only provides additional lounging space but also serves as extra sleeping accommodations for two guests.

For beach lovers, we offer beach umbrellas, chairs, towels, and a beach wagon for easy access to Vanderbilt Beach. Plus, enjoy a complimentary round-trip golf cart ride to either the beach or Mercato (shopping/dining/movies).

Just a short walk from Vanderbilt Beach, this home is also a quick drive to the popular Mercato district for dining, shopping, and nightlife. Whether you're in the mood for a relaxing beach day or exploring Naples' best attractions, everything is within easy reach.

Please note - Naples park is an area that's rapidly changing. There is some construction going on in one of the neighboring homes. It has not negatively impacted anyones stay but there may be some extra noise during the day.
