Busy Street/Cleaning ended up being our job

When we arrived the place looked clean - upon closer inspection and better lighting - the place was a little icky (keep in mind my wife is a clean freak). We ended up buying cleaning supplies and cleaning the house ourselves so we could fee comfortable there for the month that we were there. This included purchasing a steam cleaner and trying to clean the living room sofa, love seat, and chair. One cushion on the sofa needs replaced or drycleaned... yuck - The house is also on a busy street as during week days many cars cut through this neighborhood on this street - there is even a speed bump on the road (2 of them in fact) but that didn't slow down most cars. We had a pet with us some with no sidewalks in the neighborhood it was difficult/risky to walk the dog down the street - luckily the was a side street with less traffic close by.

Perfect!

Plenty of necessities to get thru first 48 hrs (toilet paper paper towels dish soap trash bags etc) Decor was very cute with open concept, great for family or multiple couples. Very clean with a well stocked kitchen. Only thing I would recommend is larger pans for the kitchen (the frying pans were small and made it hard to cook for 6 people....but definitely not a deal breaker!) Backyard space is open and spacious, great landscaping, plenty of seating with pergola and screened in porch. Grill, which included propane. Very central to multiple stores but the neighborhood is very quiet and you hear no traffic or bustle. Would recommend and will definitly come back again.

It was a pretty decent place to stay. The pictures listed were exactly as advertised. The pool water was cold, perfect for hot summer weather. It did its job with having a place to stay and has a lot of stuff to use.

Fun on Pompei

We had a great two weeks on Pompei, enjoying walking, biking, trips to the beach and swimming in the pool on warmer days. The screened in porch was perfect for coffee in the morning and meals and we loved the yard which made it so convenient traveling with our small dog. It was great to have a garage to keep our bikes and the house itself was comfortable and nicely decorated. The neighborhood proved to be a perfect location for us with easy access to restaurants, stores and the beach. The home provided an ideal home base for our winter break vacation in Naples.

House was very nice and spacious. Had a wonderful time and would stay here again. Few of the "house rules" we didn't agree with but that's a part of life and would still stay knowing the rules just would've made better plans to accommodate our visit.

Great Place

This was a perfect little spot for my family. When it was time to quit the beach we could come home and still swim. Felt like home away from home. The master bedroom had such a comfortable bed, felt like sleeping on clouds. Enjoyed the location; Central to everything we needed and wanted. They had beach chairs and towels, but you'll need to grab a beach umbrella for some sun relief. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely home in and out…

This home was well cared for, very clean and totally stocked from towels to dishes and kitchen essentials. There were 3 good sized bedrooms and a wonderful common living space plus a screened porch and private fenced back pool yard. The only glitch was with the checkin code…I think we didn’t enter it fast enough and it would error..called the 800 number and they were able to reset it for us while on the phone.

Very nice rental

Very nice rental. Clean inside and out. Kitchen dishes are well worn, but probably hard to keep nice things in a rental so they were adequate. We had trouble with the entry lock and reached out to manager. They said someone would contact us but no one did. Older neighborhood but great location. Thanks for the stay!

Lovely Home!

We had a wonderful stay here! The home had everything we needed and was clean and well kept. It’s conveniently located to everything in town. Bedrooms and baths are well-appointed and linens/towels are plentiful and of great quality. All appliances are newer and work perfectly. It’s also nice to have an attached garage with a door opener! We would stay here again if we return to Naples. Thank you!

I have a mixed review

The home was very clean and nice. We had plenty of cooking utensils, but not much room for our groceries and items in the cupboards. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to. The instructions in the book had contradictory information on when the pool guy was going to be there and when trash was to be placed out. We had 4 people show up to the home unannounced and just walked in through the gate. The first time I called them, they apologized for the inconvenience and no one else is scheduled. 2 days later 2 people showed up again. The morning person showed up and I was not dressed properly, I was very embarrassed with that situation. The yard guy showed up and sprayed the yard, then said your dogs can't be outside for 2hours. The second time I called the lady said they can't guarantee times and they don't have to announce themselves. I told her I also saw a roach in the garage and she said it was a palmetto bug and they are confused with roaches all the time. A palmetto bug IS a type of roach. I thought the people just walking into the yard was rude and inconsiderate of my time and money that I spent to stay there. They should always knock and announce themselves, especially if they see a vehicle in the driveway. I was not very pleased with my vacation time at this home.

PEACE BUT NO FIX

We liked the house and the pool.Everything was nice and clean.I had trouble to pay with my credit card online (to pay off the balance in order to finalize reservation). Nobody was able to solve it, I had to use another credit card (which I did not want to do but did not want to loose the reservation). I made contact about the property issues several times, nobody showed up. The ceiling fan and light in one of the rooms did not work and nobody came over to fix it.We were able to use only 2 rooms instead of three. There was a need to have a filter in the refrigerator changed but nobody made the respond.We rent vacation homes quite often, I wish there were beach bikes available. The location was very convenient.
