Downstairs Layout:
3 bedrooms - 1st room is the Master King bed, an en-suite bathroom and private pool entrance. 2nd room with Queen bed and 3rd room with 2 full size beds. On the first floor is also the kitchen, living room, dining room and another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Upstairs Layout (**Note Spiral Staircase**):
3 bedrooms - 1st room has a King bed, 2nd a Queen bed, 3rd a double bunk bed. Upstairs has a separate living room, a bathroom with a shower and an outdoor covered lanai
