The view is pretty good, but the location is not very convenient. If you walk around, you have to be ready to go through a lot of steps.

We reserved a room for THREE people. But they only left us two towels, two cups, two teas, two pairs of sandals. We asked for a bottle of water, they refused to give it to us. At least the breakfast is great and the hotel is located in a very convenient area.

Easily one of, if not the best option for your stay in Napoli. In the "Hilton brand tradition", there's always something stupid that does not make any sense, like charging you €10 for a can of Coke, but other than that, it is easily your best choice.

Nicely kept and decorated property. The room had a beautiful view of water, was spacious and clean. My only negative comment, and it’s personal preference, were the sheets on the bed. They were not soft and made of a linen like material. Everything else was outstanding.

Staff was lovely. Not a luxury hotel at all. Not a convenient location, actually surrounded by not the nicest area in Naples. Clean hotel, yes, new, yes, lacking charm, very corporate and overly expensive food for what it is. More expensive than a Michelin Starred restaurant - Again, lovely staff. But the hotel has no charm, it's all new but small not comfortable rooms, even though they look big on the pictures.

Très haut niveau
Nous avons passé un week-end romantique dans ce hotel. Le cadre est vraiment de haut standing: superbe position dominant la baie de Naples, décoration remarquable, personnel extrêmement disponible. Seul bémol, le rooftop qui fait du bruit pour les chambres juste en dessous, mais le changement de chambre s'est fait sans problèmes.

Nice rooms
It was a beautiful hotel. It’s a little far from the city center, but that’s plus for me. The city center is too chaotic for me. If you want to go anywhere you can take a taxi or drive. The staff are nice and helpful.

Upscale hotel, slightly west of dining and shopping, but in a very nice neighborhood. Excellent front desk staff. Breakfast pretty expensive, but rooftop deck was nice.

Hotel was nice. Just not a 5* in my opinion, I would say more of a 4. Hotel room was large but with a view onto backstreets, you can pay extra for a sea view. We opted for a stay with breakfast included which was very disappointing, there was not much to chose from. It was a very average breakfast and not what I was expecting for the ranking of this hotel and the price paid. One thing as a standard I would have expected water in the room to be replenished daily as with other places we have stayed in the Curo Collection, however we received 1 bottle of still and 1 sparkling on the day we arrived and nothing further. We understand we could add it to the room charge from the mini bar for 5-8€ per bottle, but I would have thought this could have been a basic item provided. There is a jacuzzi on the 6th floor with roughly 8 sun loungers on. View is lovely up there. However, you must reserved and can only spend 2hours up there which is a facility heavily marketed by the hotel before we stayed and is not quite as expected. I found the facilities to be limited at this hotel, I would have expected a spa of some kind, but I understand there was a gym of some kind which I did not visit. Service was hit and miss, we experienced some very slow service when asking for drinks etc even when there was only me at the bar but coffees came quickly during breakfast. I must say though the Nic Bar staff were lovely. Overall, the stay was pleasant but very average.

As far as breakfast is concerned, at The Britannique our guests can enjoy the warmth of the typical "Neapolitan Buongiorno", rich in overwhelming tastes and aromas, with zero-kilometer products selected by our chefs, such as the delicious apricots from Vesuvius, but also fragrant cakes, biscuits and homemade jams. Therefore, we apologize for not having been able to convey you such feeling, resulting in a misalignment of expectations.Rest assured I shared your comments with our Breakfast Manager, who will definitely make the most out of your suggestions, filling eventual gaps with further implementations.Unfortunately, it seems trouble took place also in relation to our solarium and spa. About the 6th floor, the jacuzzi area has been concieved for providing guests with the highest privacy, surrounded by nothing but silence. While, for what concerns the spa, actually it will open soon with numerous news and initiatives. I spent 2 days at the property with my adult son. The staff was exceptionally friendly, the facilities were immaculate and the rooms were very modern. Beautiful views from roof deck and restaurant, 10 minute walk downhill to restaurants, located 15 min cab ride from centro.. a bit isolated, but far more quiet.. very pleasant stay, would keep on short lust .
