The space
Your (tidal)waterfront home is set in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, right next to Sugden Regional Park, and just 3 miles south of 5th Ave./Old Naples, and the beaches.

With 2,700 sq. ft., the home provides ample space to spend quality time with loved ones.

Ground Floor (~ 1,300 sq. ft. plus lanai/pool)

You’re greeted by a bright, open-concept layout, a large dining area, and a spacious living area.

Walk from the living room outside to the heated pool and lanai, which features S.W exposure and beautiful sunsets.
A built-in grill and outdoor kitchen make entertaining effortless, while a full third bathroom downstairs provides convenient access to the pool area.

Bedroom 1: MASTER SUITE

The 650 sq. ft. master suite blends contemporary style with Polynesian elements. It features a king-size bed, a tray ceiling, and a cozy private sitting area with a smart TV. The suite also includes a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a separate restroom.

The attic and the garage are not accessible.

Other things to note
• Complimentary pool heating (87F preset) from December 1st through April 30th. Between May and October, warm, humid weather naturally raises the water temperature to 80–90°F.
• Gradual-slope pool (up to 7 ft deep). Perfect for swimming and relaxation!
• Linens replaced every 24 months - last replacement November 2024
• A subscription is required for preinstalled TV apps (Netflix, etc).
• Early check-in from 10:00 a.m., and late check-out till 4.00 p.m available upon request and availability for $95.
• You’re welcome to enjoy tobacco products by the pool or lanai. Our smoking guests have always been respectful, so we’re glad to provide that outdoor flexibility.
