”I rarely write reviews unless they are really really good, or really really bad. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst properties I've stayed at ever. I'm writing this in hopes that the management can turn things around and at least start to maintain a basic level of cleanliness and hospitality. Here were the issues: blood stains on the pillow case, a sticky bathroom floor (literally sticky where you can hear your shoes sticking to the floor), the floor in the main bedroom was dirty, there...

”We place an Make up the room sign on the room door, but our room never got made up. There were no face clothes in the room. Air conditioning had been turned off during the day in the room, so when we went to take possession of the room, it was like an oven. It took 24 hours to cool down.”

”The buildings and the property are very old. The rooms are very small. The kitchen is poorly stocked. Utensils and pots should be replaced. The drawer for the utensils was broken. ”Location is right across from the beach (south end of Okanagan Lake). Even with this busy location, it was quiet in our room. Rates were very reasonable. Staff were lovely and helpful. Room had everything we need, including a large fridge/freezer, stove, and implements. We only stayed one night, but would return for a longer stay.”

”Very approachable staff and owners. Courtyard pool kept clean and some floating devices supplied. Amble parking Kitchen could be better supplied in the older suites. Beautiful new family rooms and upper level for dining and lounging.”
