”What a pleasant surprise. We booked a stay here as it was a good location and price for what we required, and was dog-friendly. The bonuses were the complimentary wine-tasting and breakfast, neither of which we were expecting. Staff are all lovely and kind and the morning view from bed looking out at the like was divine.”

”Nikki is the ultimate hostess , OMG, she was so hospitable, allowing us full access to her cherry tree, cooking us delicious breakfasts, refilling our coffees, always asking if we needed anything, the king size bed with AC unit and fan, I slept like a baby the 2 nights we were there, one of the most enjoyable AIR BNB's my wife and I stayed at, would highly recommend the Chirping Cricket to anyone to share in our most wonderful stay experience. ”Lovely place. Friendly host. Nice big room and the cleanest B&B we ever stayed in. Super comfy big bed. Great views of the surrounding area. Lovely being able to sit outside Was great we could do our laundry. Breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. Overall a very pleasant stay. Thank you.”

”A most distressing and upsetting stay. Upon checking in, we discovered that the elevator was out of order and had to ask a young staff person who showed us where the stairs were so we could carry our bags to our room- we had to ask him if might find the time to help us with our bags (we are in our mid-70s and just came of a 6+ hour drive). Despite the thread-bare chairs, the room did have its charms- lovely view (no amenities). The shower nearly killed me - the water regulator wasn't working...

”This place is ideal for a short stay if you are dining out, or longer stay if you prepare your own meals. If you require the use of the kitchen be prepared to bring all your needs from dishes to pots & coffee maker etc. Also any extra pillows for the bed. The room was clean & air conditioning nice and cool. Very friendly staff.”

”Parking is tight if you have a truck in the busy season. Sofa couch is terrible and not enough pillows. Very clean, friendly staff.”

”Hosts Suzanne & Paul were so friendly and professional. They provided a 5 star hotel experience with personal touches that make you feel like you’ve arrived home. If you want to be just outside the hustle of the city this is the place to stay, Cold beverages and conversation were a great start to our evening. We enjoyed the many peaceful patio vignettes throughout the yard surrounded by beautiful flower gardens & yummy raspberries. Time in the crystal clean hot tub under the covered porch was...

”Location is excellent, right in front of the Scaha lake. Rooms were clean, kitchen was excellent. Air conditioning was good as well (it is must in the heat of Penticton). Staff was equally friendly and accommodated the requests. Bedding (blanket n cover) was something didn't look clean or changed. Parking on the property is a little congested. Overall it was a lovely experience and would love to visit again.”

Si c’était moins chère ça pourrait aller… Il n’y a pas d’air climatisé, pas de salle de bain privée, 3 chiens qui jappent et font caca et autres détritus étranges dans la cuisine… frigo et tapis pas très propres dans la chambre. Une chance qu’il y a la vue…”

”This is a wonderful, clean and very well run hotel. I have stayed here before and the service and facilities are fantastic. The restaurant Has great food and it is particularly nice and comfortable to enjoy even as a woman travelling alone. The coffee bar in the lobby is great (free every morning) and the gym has a good selection of workout equipment. The rooms are well appointed and also clean. Thank you Four Points Sheraton!”
