”Susanna and Gabriele are charming hosts. Communication with Susanna was excellent. On arrival we had a problem whoch was sorted out very quickly.The house is lovely and the view is amazing. The whole property was spotlessly clean. Local towns of Orvieto and Bagnoregio are in easy reach and there is a small supermarket in the next village.”

”What a beautiful and well maintained property in a great area. We took a train to Rome to see some of the famous sights, chilled out by the the pool and soaked up the wonderful local towns rich in history and excellent restaurants.”

”Nous avons été accueillis par les hôtes les plus charmants qu’ils soient dans une maison très calme avec une très belle vie et une grande piscine. Tout était impeccable. La maison est une bonne base arrière pour visiter la région d’Orvieto, le nord du Latium, l’ouest de l’Ombrie et le sud de la Toscane. Pour info, il y avait 3 chats (très sympas !). Nous recommandons chaleureusement. ”

”We were staying at Villa for one week and the house was very nice, clean, big enough for four person. Swimming pool was big enough to chili down during the hot days. Loredana arranged very nice birthday dinner for 8 person with wines and flowers. Everything worked well during the holiday week. I will recommend this place. ”i spent 3 weeks in the property, and all i can say is how fantastic it was, everything from the location, to the way that i was welcomed by Alberto and Karen. They both were so helpful and informative of the area,and really made my stay a pleasure. Although they live on site it really did not impact my privacy as they were both so cautious not to impact the holiday. However when invited for an aperitivo we spent some hours discussing multiple topics and they both were an absolute joy to have...

”Wir hatten eine großartige Woche mit drei Familien und insgesamt acht Kindern. Das Haus und die Ausstattung sind super. Wir konnten mit 14 Personen gemütlich auf der Terrasse sitzen. Der Pool war perfekt und die sieben Badezimmer ein toller Luxus. Die Klimaanlagen sorgen auch bei heißen Tagen für eine angenehme Temperatur im Haus.Die Kommunikation war ebenfalls super!100% Weiterempfehlung!!!”

It was very centrally located for day trips and we were available to explore the Umbria region which was also wonderful and better than we expected. ”We were two families and we had the most wonderful week at Mario’s beautiful house. The pictures do not do it justice. The pool is amazing, the house is perfect and rustic. The views of the surrounding area are incredible. The house is on the top of a hill and the road up is very steep. So many things to do nearby, Bagnoregio Civita, Bolsena, Sacro Bosco, cascata Marmore. We had such a great week. Mario was a great host. ”
