Tule viettämään kesälomaa Narragansettissa, tässä valoisassa ja tilavassa kodissa, joka sijaitsee puoli mailin kävelymatkan päässä Scarboroughin pohjoisrannalta. Tämä hiljattain remontoitu (graniitti, uudet laitteet, uudet lattiat jne.) 4 makuuhuoneen 2 kylpyhuoneen koti nukkuu 10 ja on helpon 8 minuutin (0. 5 mailin) kävelymatkan päässä Scarboroughin rannan hiljaisemmalta puolelta. Tässä kodissa on koko ilmastointi ja kattotuuletin.

Tässä kodissa on täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa on kaikki tärkeimmät laitteet, keittiötarvikkeet, ruokailuvälineet ja lasitavarat. Ateriat voidaan valmistaa ja nauttia kalustetussa ruokasalissamme tai seulomalla 3 vuodenajan kuistilla. Makuuhuoneemme on sisustettu tyylikkäästi moderneilla vuodevaatteilla. Tarjoamme lakanat, tyynyt, kylpypyyhkeet, 4 rantatuolia ja aurinkovarjo. Kiinteistössä on myös kaasugrilli ja ulkosuihku. Olemme paikallisia ja vastaamme henkilökohtaisesti tarpeisiisi.

Eastward Look on hiljainen naapurustossa, loistava perheille! Leikkipaikka, koripallo ja tenniskentät ovat vain 2 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Valittavana on paljon rantoja - Scarborough, Roger Wheeler, Narragansett Beach ja Matunuck. Block Island tekee upean päivämatkan lautalla 5 minuutin ajomatkan päässä. Helppo päiväretki Jamestowniin, Newportiin, Watch Hilliin, Mystic Aquariumiin, Foxwoodsiin ja Mohegan Sun -kasinoihin on alle tunnin päässä. Jokaiselle on ehdottomasti jotain!

We were extremely impressed with the house and property. This was the first time we rented here after having rented from 4 other different homes in Eastward Look. This was the best property we have stayed at. There are no perfect homes but this was as close to perfect as possible. My wife loved have efficient the A/C was (very cold, and fast). Bed matrices were awesome for everyone (downstairs queen bedframe squeaked a bit). Very clean and as stated before we loved the screened in porch. It really gave us separation from kids at times :) We grill a lot (4-5X) and that was the only issue (only about 1/4 of the grill burners were effective). The kitchen and overall layout was great. I highly recommend this home.

Very close to the beach and shopping

Had some rain and the covered porch was great to have. We could drive or walk to the beach was fantastic. House was clean and well stocked. Beds squeaked a bit and could have used more pillows.

Great location

Recently updated interiors and lots of space to spread out. Outdoor shower and sun porch were both lovely! Linens and towels being provided was a nice perk too! Very close to the park, and less than a mile from the guarded portion of the beach.

A Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful time this past week in Rhode Island(despite the weather). The house we rented from Patty & Jim was just what we we’re hoping for. When the cable went out due to the weather, we were able to meet Patty. It’s not often that you get to meet your hosts, so this was a pleasant surprise. We were also thrilled that sheets and towels were provided. In the past, we’ve always had to bring our own. The screened in porch was great! We spent a lot of time out there. 5 out of 5 stars! We would definitely stay there again.

Great location for family vacations

This is our second time staying at this property. We love this house and the family-friendly neighborhood. We’ve traveled with our extended family and the house fits the 7 adults and 3 children under 3 very comfortably. James and Patty are great, responsive hosts!

Nice stay by the beach

Great location, about a 10 minute walk from beautiful Scarborough Beach. The house was very clean and well equipped, though fairly dated in places. The upstairs shower is a very small and dated shower stall. But the outdoor shower is very new and divine. We’ll equipped kitchen. Indoors is fairly dark from natural light. Beds were pretty soft unfortunately. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Overall good stay, though could stand to update the mattresses at some point.

Great for a family with all ages

Absolutely loved this house. Having bedrooms upstairs and down was wonderful for our group 7 weeks old to 80 years. We didn’t have the best beach week weather wise so the playground near by was awesome. We also adored the outdoor shower and thought the house was very clean and comfortable.

Great Location!

We stayed at this property for one week at the end of August. We were six adults and a 10 month old and had plenty of space to spread out and relax while not feeling like we were constantly on top of each other. Our stay was during Hurricane/Tropical Storm Henri and the owners, Jim and Patty, came to the house to be sure the outside furniture was brought inside to minimize any potential hazards with the expectation for high winds. We hunkered down and managed through the storm with only a power outage that was restored within 24 hours. It is an easy 10 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of food options within a reasonable distance to the house. Nice neighborhood for walks or a nice run. House is adequately equipped for cooking in or for use of the outdoor gas grill. Nice Jim and Patty were very responsive when I reached out to them. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

Relaxing Beach Vacation

My family had a great stay, and a relaxing week on the beach. The house we very clean, and had an easy check in and check out process. We were greeted with a very thoughtful basket of items upon our arrival; the bottle of wine was perfect! The house has a very nice outdoor shower which we used frequently (with both hot and cold water) a cute little patio with grill, and a very well kept lawn. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax with 4 bedrooms, a spacious living room with a newer couch, and a kdimjng table big enough for 6 adults and a high top kitchen table was placed in the recently updated kitchen providing more table room if needed. The washer and dryer was nice for everyone to keep our clothes clean during our stay. While both bathrooms are slightly dated, the only things I would replace/update would be the upstairs shower (water pressure was very low), screened in porch area (some of the patched screen holes were coming undone, and some of the window structure was bent/loose, but nothing that made us uncomfortable). I would also recommend incorporating the washer/hook game currently in the garage, as an outdoor addition to the patio in the summer months - I love that game, and placing string lights around the inside of the porch for entertaining! The garage also had plenty of space for storing our things, and the provided beach chairs were excellent. The location was great and the neighborhood was very well kept. It appeared most of the houses were beach rentals as families were out walking in the mornings and evenings. There is a park 30 yards down the street with swings, a playscape, tennis and basketball court - all well kept. There was even an ice cream truck most nights in the neighborhood which my daughter loved. While the walk wasn’t that far for my family, we did end up driving the car and parking in the public parking lot at the main Scarborough entrance which is only 50 yards south of the more northern beach entrance we walk too, simply because we had a lot of beach toys. If you pay online before getting there, which allows you to take the express lane when arriving. The cost is only 12 dollars per out of state car, but only 6 for seniors (per entrance/exit). There is a walking trail close to the northern part of the beach that hugs the rocky coastline which was gorgeous. In all, I would recommend this house for a week beach vacation. We had a wonderful, relaxing trip! Thank you!

Best rental we have had in RI

We have rented in RI for years--both on our own and with friends. This is the best one we have stayed in! First, the fact that they have linen service was so convenient, and they were very high quality linens. I felt like I was at a hotel-- when we arrived, everything was set up for us already. They also left a lovely basket with wine and some great necessities for the week that saved us a trip to the grocery store. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and we had plenty of space for our group. Tons of storage in the bedrooms and bathrooms for our party of 8. The sun porch was perfect for leaving sandy beach things in, and we enjoyed using that bonus space for sitting with coffee, and the kids played cards out there. The only downside was we tend to cook dinner most nights, and we wish there were more big bowls/measuring cups and serving bowls/platters, along with more plates and utensils. A quick 10 minute walk and you are at the beach. A park is right down the street, and the kids enjoyed using that when they weren't playing in the yard. Plenty of room for yard games, too. Thanks for a great stay!! We hope to be back in the future!

Great stay in a clean beach house!

My family and I had a great time at this home (my sister and her husband, my elderly parents and my family of 4). James and Patty were great and extremely responsive! The house was immaculate and I loved that we didn’t have to bring sheets/towels. I am very picky and brought my own stuff but once I saw how clean everything was, just used their linens. The location was perfect. I would suggest bringing your bikes, if you can.

Clean and spacious

This is a great home with all you need. Unfortunately it rained the entire time we were there but there was enough room for the kids to play with their toys and watch t.v! The rooms were big and had plenty of space for a portable crib with room to spare. The owners provided the cutest welcome basket with things needed for the house. I do wish there was maybe an additional table in the kitchen but there was plenty of room for us at the dining table. They have beach chairs, linens, towels, washer and dryer all accessible at the home. Things I wish I had brought were additional throw blankets for the couch as it was so cold and wet when we stayed. Overall a great stay, spacious and clean. Would absolutely rent again.

Wonderful host

The property was clean and fully supplied with anything that you can imagine. We were greeted with a gift basket of helpful items like detergents, soaps, Kleenex and mini wine bottles! The hosts Patty and Jim, were extremely responsive to my emails prior to our stay. I would definitely recommend staying at their home.
