”Room was comfortable, breakfast limited but good, and housekeeping staff very helpful. the big problem was the lack of luggage carts. There was one available when we checked in and we used it and returned it. However, the next morning, there was not a cart to be found. Checked the other floors and the parking lot - nothing. Started carrying and dragging luggage and still no carts. This can be a problem for people in their 80s. loaded the car and ate breakfast - still no carts. Obviously, people...

”Perfect location, lots of places near by to grab dinner. Breakfast is great.”

”Apparently there was a power outage prior to me checking in. The elevator was not working and the room key system was not back up yet. The manager on duty and staff handled it beautifully. She and a member of the staff helped take my bags up to my room. We had to take the steps. I was in the lobby for a bit and she helped each person checking in do the same thing. This is the type of customer service that I admire. I will be staying there again on my next trip to the area.”

”Booked this room basically for the pool and breakfast. Breakfast was good. Pool was closed no reason given. Water in pool ws green.”

”The room was clean the lady at the front was ok til she wasn’t and then she was mean and the rooms had issues one the tv didn’t work so she moved use week she tried to that room wouldn’t open at all the door was stuck then she moved us up stairs and that room was very nice except the fire alarm was broken it beeped and the tv remote wasn’t great sp I called her to explain to her that the fire alarm was broken and she said I’ve accumulated y’all as much as I can, this is it and then she later...

”Pictures online are not accurate and area is not safe. Check in desk isn’t even at Red Lion, it’s at the Radisson. The building is very old, the rooms are outdated and the AC was not working on multiple floors. Requested a new room and was moved onto the same floor with same AC issues. Ended up not staying and going to South End Holiday Inn & Suites instead.”

”Staff was the ONLY good think about this place. Room smelled like cigarettes, bathroom didn't look clean. There was no ice machine or coffee machines and the lobby smelled like piss.”

”My two rooms smelt like mold, the sink was broken in both rooms. The water stayed in sink for the entire time. Did not get our room cleaned the entire time. Will not stay Eve again.”

”Smells like weed , parking lot is sketchy with people hanging out in the back. No ice bucket and refrigerator and tv didn’t work. No toilet tissue holder. Loud music from guests across the hall. Didn’t stay the night. Counted our losses and moved on.”

”Rooms are just as they should be, clean, nice, up to day, and plenty of space. Cant say that about others. The breakfast was also amazing. They had the regular continental breakfast( waffles, cereal, fruits juices) and also amazing eggs, bacon, sausage, and made to order omelets. This save my family of 4 about $50 for breakfast every morning. Very pleased. They also offer 2 free drinks per night at happy hour at the bar, but we dont drink and didn't take advantage of that free service.”
