”I enjoyed my stay for the most part. The construction next door was a little disappointing but it's temporary. Germantown area is great. The neighborhood and people were very friendly. Plenty of one of a kind places to eat within walking distance. The downside that can be easily fixed would be to clean the parking area in front of the suites.”

”The location is fantastic with easy access to shopping and dining and the Nashville Aquatic Center. Having the full kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit was great. The covered, secure parking was also a plus. There were some unfortunate elements of our stay: The apartment smells like spoiled milk or something rancid. ”We (two adult couples) recently had the pleasure of a 3-night stay and it was a fantastic experience. The communication from the host was fantastic with clear instructions from check-in to checkout. The condo itself was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The Gulch has plenty of restaurants and music (recommend The Station Inn) and is a short walk 15-20 walk to the chaos on Broadway. Overall, I would highly recommend this property.”

”This loft is clean, cute, and convenient to downtown. The Uber ride was only like $7 to downtown around 6 pm and $12 home after midnight. Parking is free so staying here saved us quite a bit compared to hotels and other rentals in the area. The host was very helpful and communicated with us frequently! We will stay here again!”

”The communication was very good and we had no problem with accessing the property. It was clean and our needs were all addressed. If you might be traveling with older individuals it is a loud unit due to the type of heating and cooling. Hard to hear the TV over the unit. The unit is also very humid.”

”My husband and I are older adults who traveled to Nashville with our dogs. This unit was centrally located and was pet-friendly. We brought our doggie playpen with us and they stayed inside it while we were out sightseeing. We were able to walk them around the neighborhood and to go out for coffee. The owner communicated clearly with us and was available if we needed, which we did not. We had a nice time exploring the sights and seeing Nashville,”
