”We have stayed here multiple times over the last 7 months and the last two stays have been different. The room was not very clean overall which is uncommon for this hotel. We did not contact the front desk since we were only stay a couple of nights. The staff is amazing and very helpful. If I would have asked, I believe they would have had the room cleaned again.”

”Staff was friendly and check in/out process quick and easy. The room is spacious and has everything you need/want for a short term visit. Loved having access to a washer/dryer although the dryer took a very long time to dry the towels. Dryer put out heat it just didn’t seem to dry the towels, took a very very long time. The bathroom is huge and the shower is the best. Very little noise at night do getting a good nights sleep was not a problem.”

”I arrived very late and the front desk lady was super helpful! My bag was lost so i had no toiletries. She provided me with the basics which allowed me to shower and get ready for my meeting in a few hours. Everyone was very friendly and helpful during my entire stay. Highly recommend. Walking distance to the Bridgestone Center.”

”Room and everything was nice. Gave 4 stars because when we checked in there was only one towel for the two of us and we couldn't get another one til the next morning when housekeeping was working since it was about 10 pm. And the couch in our room was very uncomfortable to sit on normally. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay and would recommend to others.”

”Breakfast was good a lot of selections. Parking was a bit of a hassle, the parking garage is great but spots are tight. 3 elevators but waited about 5-10 minutes each time for an elevator. Leaving was easy but the drop off key box mentioned, we couldn't find it. Also, to park it's an additional $40 per night not included in your hotel stay.
Over all very clean facility and comfortable bed. ”
