Can we check in early or drop off bags?
We try to stick to our 4 PM check-in time. We recommend using a luggage drop-off service, such as Bounce Luggage Storage in The Gulch or Nashville Luggage Drop.
1. Guests will be charged in full for any damages or violations of the house rules below.
2. Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation.
3. Check-in starts at 4PM. Checkout is at 10AM. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed. It is $25 per hour earlier/later. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.
4. Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Please contact us if you`re booking within your city.
5. Smoking, unauthorized parties, and excessive noise are not allowed.. Any of these violations are subject to a $1000.00 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages.
6. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.
7. Please double-check your belongings before checking out. Any items left behind in the unit may be discarded by our cleaning team, as we cannot guarantee their storage or return.
8. Pets are not allowed unless otherwise noted. Violation of our pet policy and unauthorized bringing of pets will result in a $500 fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
9. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities.
10. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses and may be removed from the property.
11. We require all guests who book with us to complete a quick verification process through our guest portal. This helps us ensure a smooth check-in experience, maintain the safety and security of our properties, and provide the best possible service to all our guests.
12. DO NOT leave your trash outside your unit. Any trash left behind will result in a $100 charge. Please use the dumpster located in the parking lot.
