You are arriving today! We just wanted to reach out and let you know we are looking forward to you staying with us. If you need anything before you arrive or if we can help in any way, please let us know. We want you to have a great stay.

When you Arrive:

You can pull up to the back of house (there is an alley that takes you to the garage area) at the garage area to unload. The mailbox is marked 166 in the alley and the garage light is a motion light and will come on if it is dark. There are two keypads on the garage. The one for you is labeled "apartment" (top keypad) on it and your code will be 2030. To open garage door enter code then press the enter button at bottom of keypad. This will open the garage door. You will walk straight through the garage and through the door on the other side. Once you go out that door you will make an immediate right turn and you will see a second door with a “Hello Fall” sign on it. We will have the porch lights on. The app on your phone will open the lock or there is a keypad that has the code 33793 for your stay. Enter the code then press the enter button and it will also unlock the door. Once inside you may want to adjust the AC/Heat to fit your comfort. The remote is on the wall with the windows. Make sure you remove it and stand close to the ceiling unit to make adjustments. You will hear an audible beep for each adjustment. Once you get it set, please return it to the remote holder on the wall. Again, if you would feel better about one of us to show you, please do not hesitate to call and we will be happy to help. The garage parking space is available for a fee but that is your choice. On-street parking is free. Most people park on the street at the end of the alley on Augusta Ave. It is the closest and usually there are plenty of parking spaces there. Again, we want this to be the best experience so just let us know what we can do to help or make it better.
If you have a smart phone, you should get an app invite if you would like to use your phone for your key. It will only work during your stay.
