The Space:

Set in an 1875 building with modern updates, this bright, welcoming loft is designed for relaxing and entertaining between outings. The open living area features comfortable seating and a full-size pool table, plus TVs with cable for movie nights. Large windows bring in natural light, and room-darkening shades in both bedrooms help you wind down after a night on Broadway.

Cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space, then gather at the dining table for six. Two full bathrooms—one with a walk-in shower and one with a shower/tub combo—make it simple for groups to get ready. A washer and dryer in the home keep packing light.

Important Things to Note

• Historic building + stairs: This home is in an 1875 building. Stairs are required to access the unit.

• Parking: There is no on-site parking. We recommend the Metropolis Parking Garage at 210 Commerce Street (about half a block north), with a sister location at 310 Commerce Street. You may enter/exit either garage 24/7. Current rates are approximately $40/day and are subject to change.

• Security cameras: Cameras are located above the front door and in the front and back sections of the entrance hallway. They monitor entry/common areas only.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
