”The condo was beautiful and in a great location. Everything was in walking distance for what we wanted to do. A little scary at night walking back from Broadway. The condo was nice and clean. Everything was great but one thing that was not good was the bed. We only used the king size bed, the mattress was very hard and it felt like you were sleeping on plywood and the bed linen was rough and scratchy. They did not have fitted sheets for the bottom sheets which made it even more uncomfortable.”

”Appreciated the large comfortable beds and great patio set up. The very clean unit is in good condition and beautifully decorated. We used the pool and gym, and both were great. Broadway is a quick Uber ride, however, it is also walkable.”

We could easily walk to all the hot spots and cheap Uber rides back at night. Communications with the host was always immediate and accommodating. ”Five of us stayed at this beautiful apartment in downtown Nashville when we came to see Jon Batiste. The apartment was very nice and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. We enjoyed the two balconies--one in the living area and one in a bedroom. The apartment is on the river and not far from the Ryman. Lovely decor and very clean. We had no issues accessing the parking or apartment. We would definitely recommend! Thank you!”

”The location was great- short walk to restaurants and bars in the Gulch. Another short walk from there to Broadway. The place was very nice. Perfect for 2 couples. We only used bedrooms and bathrooms, not the kitchen as we ate out. There was a little street noise, not bad. The worst noise was in the building- the condo above us was very noisy. Woke us in the middle of the night one time. Another day they sounded like they were moving furniture for an hour. All tolerable but still annoying. And...

”Great stay. Close to Germantown breweries and ready 15 minute walk to Broadway. Easy walk to Nissan Stadium as well, but a little further. Condo is as represented and worked well for our group of 4. Parking was easy and free. Great communication with owner and would stay again.”
