”Communication was excellent! The unit was clean and location very convenient. It was just what I needed for my short stay in Nashville. ”

”Great location easy to find very secure with coded elevator and door entry. Very clean and comfortable furnishings. Fantastic train watching location, elevated tracks are right above your windows within 50 feet or so. Trains run approximately two to three times per hour day and night on the the days we were there a Tuesday and Wednesday your train mileage may vary on other days. You can quickly get used to the deep rumbling sound of the trains unless a train has malfunctioning brakes screeching....

”The condo was cozy and inviting with ample space for my brother and I. The owner has furnished it nicely. The entire unit was very clean and well-stocked with whatever one might need for a brief stay. While in an older building, the owner has maintained it very well. The deck overlooking the Cumberland River was a bonus. The location of the condo enabled us to either walk or drive less than five minutes to several very good restaurants (e.g., Saint Anejo, Monell's and Puckett's) as well as...

”The space was very clean, check in was very easy and well communicated with the staff. The staff followed up several times to be sure accommodations met our standards. The area was quiet, clean, filled with places to eat and drink. The turnip truck (all natural/organic grocery store) was across the street for your convenience. This property was exactly as stated in the description. ”

”Great condo, clean, safe, great pool and sitting area. Full outside kitchen BBQ. The only downside train tracks 50 feet away.”

”We were all impressed with the loft and location. As we walked up to meet the property manager, we instantly felt the Nashville Printers Alley vibe with outdoor patio seating for loft guests(where we hung out several times). ”

”This was a great place to stay while in Nashville. It is far enough away from downtown yet one is able to walk to get there. Beautiful view of the river, lots of room, 2 bathrooms were nice for getting ready. Any issues were taken care of immediately. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!”
