Location was great and parking was ample. The bathroom is pretty terrible, there were multiple hairs in the shower upon check-in, the floor is super warped and overall it wasn’t very clean. Found an earring back in the master bed the first night (we don’t have our ears pierced). Futon was a piece of junk and literally broke on the last night while trying to get it opened up.

Fairly nice, visually pleasing, and clean overall. Pullout couch mattress is thin, not very comfortable. Bathroom floor very slanted and weak. Walls thin - hear lots of neighbor noise. Yet, it met our needs as we were in town to watch an NFL Football Game, only about 20 min easy walk to the stadium. After we checked out, the host let us park our car there until game was over - much appreciated.

Pros: The condo was clean and as described. It was convenient to downtown and had plenty of parking. Communication with the host was good and the response time was great.Cons: The walls are not sound proof. We could hear our next door neighbors music playing. We could hear the upstairs neighbors walking around and very early in the morning it sounded like they were moving furniture. The bathroom floor slopes toward the toilet, it is a safety hazard and I almost fell. This is my first negative review so don’t be discouraged we have stayed in plenty of wonderful places.

There were dead bugs in the drawers in the night stand and dresser. The shower curtain has mold or mildew growing on it. The unit didn't seem to be dusted and seems as if it wasn't cleaned before we arrived. There were bugs coming up from the drain. Also upon arriving I asked if there would be coffee products provided... there were 4 adults staying in the unit and only 2 k-cups. We weren't even all Ava to have coffee together.

Check in was flawless. Communication with the host was excellent!The condo was fantastic and contained everything we needed for a long weekend. I slept on the sofa bed and it was surprisingly comfortable. The view of the river was nice. We walked everywhere since it was super conveniently located. Covered parking was a nice bonus. We would stay here again for sure.

4th of July Weekend

We stayed here between 2 baseball tournaments away from home. The place was comfortable and everything we needed was within walking distance. Was hoping to see the fireworks from the property, but it was not far from us. The host was very responsive when we had questions.

Lovely!

This was a great place to stay. The apartment was comfy for when we stayed in and an easy walk to places on Broadway. This was also in a convenient location to most other things as no drive was more than 30 minutes for some of the other places we wanted to see. Overall wonderful stay and the host's messages made sure all processes were very clear!

3day weekend in Nashville.

Nice location.Very easy to check in. Very clean. We had a small problem with the air conditioning and with in an hour they had someone there and it was fixed. Would stay here anytime im in Nashville.

Nice spot

Great location. Floors are a little uneven in thw bathroom and hallway, but nothing crazy. Extra fees make the daily price misleading but all in all was a decent spot.

Space was conveniently located to Broadway and major attractions. Ample parking. Clean. Current construction across the street that's a bit noisy relatively early in the morning and it's also next to a train track.

Nice stay in Nashville.

Neighborhood is in the process of being renovated, but is, at present, pretty seedy. Unit faces the Cumberland River, which is nice. The extra fees are something to watch out for.
