Yes - it was just pretty complicated to get registered - more than I thought was necessary, then when we got there, the office wasn't the one who could check us in, the phone number we were given wasn't regularly monitored and I only made contact with that person once after trying several times. Also, parking was unclear and we ended up walking quite a ways as we didn't know how to get into the parking lot. By the time we figured it out, we didn't want to risk having top pay 25 if we happenbed to forget to return the parking pass. The Landing app was aggravating as well, I filled in the information one night and the next day received a message that my information was incomplete, so I tried to reenter it, and it insisted I was already registered. I made a phone call for that also, and was told it was fine.
