This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is located in a 7-unit building in the heart of 12th South. The first-floor suite features 1 king bed with a full bathroom, while the second-floor suite offers 2 queen beds with a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms for your convenience. The unit includes in-unit washers and dryers, making laundry easy. Tall, vaulted ceilings create a true city feel on a lovely tree-lined street.

- We cherish our neighborhood and kindly ask that you treat our neighbors and properties with the same care as your own home.

- We typically do not host local residents and may ask about the purpose of your stay. We reserve the right to decline bookings if necessary.

- There is a refundable security deposit of $500 charged separately before check in for any reservations between 22 days and 6 months, and a deposit of $1,000 charged separately before check in for any reservations over 6 months.

- Guests must be at least 18 years old to book with us.

- As is standard with all of our homes, we do request additional guest verification including signing a liability agreement after booking.



Interaction with Guests:

We pride ourselves on responding as quickly as possible to our guests. We also have the capability of providing add-on optional concierge services by request, and can facilitate anything from a stocked refrigerator to arranging for onsite entertainment, dinner reservations, etc. We look forward to hosting you!
