Guests will have access only to the downstairs level of the home as the upper level is occupied. This area is fully private and includes your own private entrance, kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, bathroom, and indoor lounge spaces.



Guests also have access to:

• Wooded grounds surrounding the house

• Lake views from the backyard (please note - the lake is separately owned and is not available for use by guest.)

• Exterior security cameras may be present to monitor access points for safety.

• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

• No smoking indoors/dispose of trash appropriately

• No parties or events

• Upper level is not accessible to guests and may be occupied during your visit.

Other Things to Note:

The infrared fireplace is the main heat source. Its thermostat is on the left side of the fireplace surround, and you can turn it ON/OFF using the remote on the table. Please make sure to turn off the fireplace and lock the doors whenever you leave (pull up to lock, then turn the key).



There are four firepit chairs available for guest use. If you’d like to have a bonfire, please note that guests will need to purchase their own firewood from a nearby gas station.
