This single-level home offers elevator access and boasts 3 king suites, each with attached primary bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. The open-plan living space is flooded with natural light and includes a cozy living room with a fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings. Step out onto the private balcony overlooking Music Row for stunning views of the city.

You certainly don't need a car at this location, and can rely totally on ride share apps and walking. Should you be traveling by car, your condo comes with access to one parking spot in the secure area, with additional open spots at the rear of the property. Additionally, there is free street parking and paid garages in the area.



Nashville has several transportation options available including Uber and Lyft, which are readily available and inexpensive from this neighborhood.
