Cozy space, wonderful hospitality

The property was the perfect spot for our family with 2 young children to stay while we visited family and friends who live in the area. The space was clean and the beds comfortable. It was nice to work directly with the owners rather than a big corporate agency. Glenn was very communicative and accommodating. We would happily stay here again.

What an amazing house!

We loved everything about our stay! I can say this is probably our best VRBO stay. Very accurate listing. Very clean. Great neighborhood and friendly owners. We enjoyed sitting on the side porch w a glass of wine and our little family gathering plus my friend went so well. We will come back! Excellent spot for mom/ daughter trip or small family!

Great location

This place was perfect for our Thanksgiving trip to Nashville. It's centrally located (and close to the home of the family we were visiting.) The house was very clean, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and pillows. We will definitely look to stay here on our future visits.

Lovely, cozy home in Nashville

We absolutely loved our stay at Green Hills. The historic house is a duplex, and the unit is upstairs and fully private. Looks just like the photos, very clean, very well appointed. Comfy beds, pillows, lots of fluffy towels, well stocked kitchen. Quiet and very comfortable. Great location, safe, very nice residential neighbourhood, and everything is within a 10 minute drive or uber ride (Broadway, 12 South, Gulch...etc). The hosts, Janet and Glenn are really lovely people, friendly and super helpful, and also very respectful of privacy and space. Would absolutely stay here again.

This was the absolute perfect property- a true gem to come across! The property is exactly as described and even better- it is so spacious and well maintained that it made our family of 6 feel as though we were living in our own home in Nashville. Excellent property and hosts!

Starting with booking, Janet and Glen were wonderful! We had to change our stay slightly after we booked and they worked through that with us very quickly! They were also able to offer us early check in and late check out! The property is in a beautiful neighborhood, with a park. Great for walking and families! The upper part of the house (where we stayed) was very clean and comfortable. The fridge had waters and some soda, the bathroom was stocked with toiletries. We loved the sitting area outside our bedroom. The house is minutes from many good places to eat and a quick drive into the city. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, I would recommend this house and hosts to all of my friends and family!

Excellent Experience

A perfect home away from home! Convenient, comfortable, spacious, safe and clean - this place truly has everything you need for a short getaway or an extended stay! The host, Janet, and her husband, Glenn, were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our 2 month stay. Traveling solo with a 2yo isn’t easy but Janet and Glenn went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and that we always had everything we needed. Communication was a breeze and they were always quick to respond to any request we had during our stay. I cannot speak highly enough of them and their professionalism. As for the apt: Excellent location and central to nashville and surrounding areas. Close to an interstate ramp/exit, 5 min from downtown, plenty of grocery stores, dining options, a large shopping mall and is just across the street from a beautiful park and playground which was a huge bonus for my son! The layout allows for room separation which was especially helpful traveling with a 2yo. I was able to set up a separate designated play area and a sleeping/bedroom area to make it feel more like “home” during our 2 month stay. Whether you’re a larger party or a small family - this accommodation will suit your needs! Everything was impeccably clean when we arrived and Janet even added thoughtful extra touches like travel-sized toiletries and Starbucks coffee. This place is an excellent find and I would absolutely stay here again for future visits! Thank you!

Excellent Experience

My 2yo son and I stayed here while visiting family in Nashville and we had such a wonderful experience that we extended our stay for several more weeks. Very clean and functional space, safe area and convenient location and the property owner, Janet, was incredibly helpful and accommodating - 10/10 experience and would definitely stay again for future visits!

Long weekend stay for a professional course. Location was great for my course at TN State with easy interstate access and access to local restaurants. Property was clean and beds comfortable. I had no reservations about leaving my parents with my 1 year old at the house. My family enjoyed walking around the neighborhood with the stroller and there were several other people out exercising. Janet and Glenn were very friendly and responsive to any questions. I would book again.

Great weekend stay!

We met up here with another couple that we're good friends with and had a great 48 hour trip to Nashville. It's in a great neighborhood, and the house is very nice. Beds are comfortable, and the upstairs flat has plenty of room and was very clean. Easy check in. Close to downtown Nashville and other points of interest too. We'd come back for sure.

Charming rental in a beautiful neighborhood

This property was perfect for our visit to look at colleges in the Nashville area. Clean, charming top floor of a beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood. We enjoyed walking around the block and seeing all the houses decorated for Halloween. Janet and Glenn provided every detail we needed for a comfortable stay. We spent a couple days downtown going to shows and museums, but we were glad to be able to come back and relax. An overall great experience of southern hospitality!

Convenient, clean and super friendly. Just a short lyft ride to downtown Nashville. Owners are friendly and house is well maintained and charming. Can't wait to return!

Just perfect. Perfectly close to everything, perfect beds, linens, comfort!

What a delight to arrive and see that our "hosts" provided us water and coffee. It is these little things that make the whole vacation start off perfectly. The home was located in a nice and quiet neighborhood and we did drive to all our attractions. It was a quick drive into Nashville and we found some reasonable places to park so we could walk around Honky Tonk town! Enjoyed our visits to Franklin, TN, Loveless Cafe (the line was longggg over 1-1/2 hour: so don't go there if you are just having pancakes or eggs. We had the fried chicken and it was one of the best I have had!).
