”Property was very clean. Rooms were nice and clean. Bathroom was a little tight, but room size was good. We enjoyed our stay. Nice Breakfast.”

”Room was clean and a good size for the price. We requested the shower chair because the wheelchair accesible room didn't have it, but the personal was efficient and found us one. The gym needed love but it was usable. I'll definitely come back.”

”Horrible housekeeping hung up dirty towels took to front desk gentleman in front desk didn’t think it was a big deal. Asked if I wanted to clean towels and proceeded to walk and get me a couple clean towels. Room was never cleaned properly. Nothing was wiped down when they did come in all they did was hang up the dirty towels. I myself went and got Lysol disinfected wipes, and anti-microbacterial spray and cleaned the room myself talk to staff about getting the sheets changed and the floor is...

”Refrigerator made noise the whole stay, room was clean and comfortable, staff was very nice people. But however i was needing to extend my stay one more night for work and the price went over three times what I paid per night. I understand prices goes up and down but It went from almost what I paid for the whole week for one night. ”

”Our stay was ok. I usually have a better experience with Holiday inn. The pool was under maintenance and they did not inform us before we booked. One of my main reasons for booking that hotel was because of the indoor pool. The AC did not work very well so the room was warm. The beds were not the best. The sheets were clean but housekeeping does not keep up with the dust. They also tries to charge my card three times. ”

”Our AC unit did not work. The manager on duty at the time offered to switch our room. We had just gotten there and didn't touch anything (bed, bathroom, etc.) His GM told him not to switch our room. Our fridge didn't work. I only booked at this hotel because it said there was a hot tub. They had it closed off and I was told it was just closed for the night, then the weekend and then another staff member told me they were having it removed.
