”I reserved a handicap accessible room for three adults where I needed a handicap accessible bathroom. I was in room 116 and the toilet was not handicap height and the doorway was prohibitive for an elderly woman with a walker. Everything in the room felt damp the carpet, the bedding, the chairs we arrived late and there were no vending services for drinks or any kind of snacks. The fire Marshall was there and deemed the 2 nd floor unsafe because we didn’t have 2 sets of stairs to exit if needed. They moved us to a first floor room and told me I would be compensated for 1 night. Just got my charges in the card and they never gave me the credit. Stay away from this property.”
