”The house and property were great, and just as described. Drew kept in touch to make sure everything went well for us. We enjoyed sitting by the river in the morning. Very peaceful. And there were plenty of activities close by including canoe and kayak rentals and quite a lot of hiking trails. Of course, just sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee watching the river flow by was good too.”

”The property was beautiful, very clean and well kept. Very peaceful felt like I was way out in the country, although not that far from shopping in Berlin. The balcony overlooking the small pond was a nice place to relax. The walking path around the pun allowed me to get some walking in. Highly recommend.”

”Very clean and well appointed. The building is built like a bomb shelter, couldn’t even hear it raining outside. Of course the river just outside the back door is what it’s all about! Beds were very comfortable memory foam. A little unusual heat and air system but worked very well and very quiet. Kitchen has everything you will need. Cool coffee machine takes k-cups or makes typical drip. Snacks included were appreciated. All appliances looked to be very new, updated bathroom, and very...

”Very clean very accessible and LOVED that we were steps from a rails to trails running path. This cottage is small - not much counter space. However it was very efficient. Spiral staircase is not for faint of heart, but having second bathroom upstairs was helpful. But it was just three of us for a girls getaway and we loved it! ”

”Little Gem cottage is just that! It is immaculately clean, and beautifully furnished. It is just as portrayed in the pictures. The host made the whole process easy (booking, check-in, etc.), and was very communicative. We loved that the cottage was dog-friendly, and had a cute and functional white picket fence. The cottage is centrally located, with so much to do and beautiful scenery to behold. All of this, and at a reasonable price! Thank you for a memorable stay. Little Gem cottage is...
