Staff were very nice. Great breakfast. The remote battery cover was broke, but thats no big deal. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Pine Lake Retreat had great amenities and location! The beds were super comfortable! The water in this area is really hard and high in iron. The only improvement I would suggest is a larger water softener system because it caused the water pressure to be very low when regenerating.

Host seemed welcoming. They went out of their way to bring shovels and salt at the first onset of a snowstorm. The stay was so peaceful and relaxing - just what we wanted. Beautiful lake view. Will definitely stay again if we return to Plainwell!
