”We stayed at 500 on our wedding night. We did not arrive until after 10:00 pm. When we arrived in our room, there was a bootle of champagne on ice and a basket of goodies waiting for us, along with a personal note from the staff. Our in room brunch the next morning was fantastic. Even though we were only there for one night everything was perfect. Thank you to the entire team at the 500.”

The room we stay in is set up like a Studio apartment with a kitchen area. I'm sure the rest are the same. We'll be back again and again.”

”We love the sister hotel in walla walla do we decided to give the sparrow a try. The staff and customer service were absolutely amazing. The hotel wasn’t super clean, our bathroom was dirty and the hallway smelled of strong air freshener covering up pet accidents, lots of stains on the carpet. It’s a great location walkable to everything downtown and the coffee shop was amazing.”

”The staff is very attentive, friendly and professional. Our room was very clean, roomy and comfortable. I really appreciate that the bathroom actually had plenty of towel bars, rings and hooks! The breakfast was wonderful—yogurt, fresh fruit, delicious oatmeal, cold cereal, hot pancakes, hot omelets, sausage, muffins and a variety of bread and English muffins with a nice toaster. Fresh and hot Starbucks coffee and a variety of tea, and of course juices. Ample seating area that is spacious,...

”States that it has a pool, but you don’t have access to it only residents do also whenever I got there there was no electricity until maybe about two hours after my arrival”

”There is no staff and access is via a code. I arrive late at night but there were no lights to let me see the code box. Note that the room is very nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. However, there is no TV in room if that is important to you. Parking on the street was plentiful. I only saw one other guest the whole time I was there. The shared kitchen, it has a coffee machine, but did not have wine or bottle openers. With no staff on site, there was no one to ask for assistance. It was...
