”When we got to our room with three younger children, the door deadbolt was stuck. The people on staff worked very hard on it and it was no fault of theirs. However, we waited for over an hour before they got it fixed…meaning we didn’t get our children to bed until 10pm. At no point did anyone offer a different room while we all stood in the hallway with bags. I asked about a different room and no one really responded. ”This place was top notch! We loved having a hot tub and a pool to relax in after a long day of travel. The check in process was smooth - the clerk was friendly. However, we encountered some issues with our room including a shower that drained slow, a coffee machine that was caked with grime, and a sink without a stopper. We brought this all to the front desk and they ran water through the coffee pot instead of giving us another one. That didn’t do anything, so we never had coffee in our room. ”We were met by a. lovely human, and he was very helpful, but that's the only good thing I can say for this place. First- It was very hot and there WAS NO filtered WATER AVAILABLE TO FILL OUR WATER BOTTLES!! I thought that would be almost illegal. The room smelled very bad. They need to replace the carpet. The bathroom drain was gross, and the bathroom was filthy. Location was terrible. VERY noisy and not convenient at all. Had to drive each time we wanted to do anything.”
