”This is a perfect place to relax. The beds are wonderful. The host goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome. His breakfast was outstanding. The cottage has two porches to relax and have a glass of wine, read a book, or just have a quiet conversation. Any time you are in Natchez, MS. Our host was very pleasant and accommodating and we enjoyed visiting with her. She provided us with a nice breakfast using eggs from her own hens.”

The furnishings were very nice (and realizing it's an historic building) it just looked very tired, the walls, bathroom, etc. At least our room did. In addition there was an adjoining door to the room next door that didn't block the sound at all from that room. You could hear just about everything coming from there. After coming back from diner we found ourselves locked out of the building as the coded keypad to the front door wasn't...

”Absolutely horrible and disgusting!!!! I booked 5 rooms for employees working nearby and one toilet seat was filthy and the other had zero running water. This is absolutely unacceptable!”

”Opponent arrival, I used the lobby restroom, which had flies and bugs in it. The furniture in the lobby was filthy and worn out. I arrived an hour early and they said they still had not cleaned the room yet so I said I would gladly wait. Upon a visual inspection of the room after they cleaned it, it had been hastily done. Sheets were not changed and everything reeked of some industrial cleaning fluid. Expedia did give me a $25 return of my money that I used on an alternate hotel that evening....
