”The hotel and facilities are absolutely beautiful. The grounds are well maintained and the rooms modern. However, we experienced multiple issues with the disorganisation of the hotel and staff. When booking the spa the online booking system didn’t work, I tried to book over the phone and was passed from staff member to staff member and put on hold multiple times. When I finally managed to book, the confirmation email I received revealed the treatments were booked wrong. And it took another...

”Nice, comfortable bedroom but you could hear the noise from the road. View to a meadow. English breakfast ok, but I missed cheese and cold cuts on my slice of bread. Gym was good. Nothing to do within short walking distance, and I didn't find a nice route for evening walk either. I stayed here because had a meeting here, but next time would opt for a hotel in town.”

”A very nice place and excellent pub food. We stayed in the "annex" across the street from the pub. As they warned, the staris were steep, so those with mobility issues may have trouble. The room was large and the bathroom was good. We only requested room cleaning once during our 6-night stay. The only minor issue was it seemed the common hallways and our room floor was not vacummed. All other services were excellent. We would definitely return to the Rose & Crown.”

”Had questions about arriving on the Queen's funeral day but my message or email were never answered. During Sunday or holiday found it a bit difficult to reach the staff as either there were no one there or phone was off. So I would say communication didn't work the best way. Otherwise no problems, great location, so near to train station and also near to the castle. We walked easily to every place in Warwick town centre and its surroundings. Waitress not very welcoming then said sorry no cooked breakfast. Issue in kitchen so only continental available. It’s not our fault and nothing we can do. I'd recommend to stay here but if you're a light sleeper you may need ear plugs as occasional traffic can be heard. Excellent breakfast choice, cooked breakfast made fresh to order.
