"Our rooms own shower didnt have any warm water. We needed to use the shower which was meant to be shared with other guests even though we had one in the room already. Seemd like the floors were wiped just barely where the eye can see, but under the double bed ws alot of dust.. "

"Room was clean and new. Bed was nice. Hotel staff was friendly. Hotel location was great! 200m to victoria place where you can eat and do your shoppings. Same building train station and underground. Breakfast was not worth of 10£. Nothing fresh, no basic bacon, eggs,sausages, lettuce etc. Breakfast room was clean and everything i ate was good. Walls was like a paper, you could hear everything to your room. We still slept good and more i was worried about others (i had 2 children with me). All ok and i can recomendd!"
