”The staff and service was excellent. I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the facility - it is older and probably needs a remodel but it was still clean and pretty well kept. I liked being close to shopping and restaurants, however not a great path to walk to them - no sidewalks, etc.”

”Once in the room discovered no bed sheets or pillows for the sofa bed.
Tried to call, the phone was not connected and could not find the phone jack.
Was attacked by the breakfast grill lady after being advised by the front desk to get breakfast down the hall at the Embassy Suites. Forced to return to the front desk for confirmation to only be told by the grill lady that she will only serve us this one time.
Didn’t know the grill lady owned the hotel??
All this to have a breakfast barely...

”For the cost of the room, it did not even deserve any star. The wall switch for the power outlet was popped out, unsafely wires exposed. None of the side lamps were working. There was no elevator. This was the worst hotel ever for me, would never recommend this hotel to anyone.”
