”For the price that I paid I was absolutely well pleased with this place! The staff are friendly and very welcoming, the place itself is light, airy and very clean!
The room itself is lovely and relaxing, the bed was nice and comfortable and to boot, the property was in a small courtyard area away from the Main Street, so considering you’re slap bang in the middle of Nottingham, there’s very little noise throughout the night!

”Very nicely done up property with everything you could need. Instructions to check in were very simple and owner is easy to contact if anything did go wrong. Would definitely stay again and would recommend over a typical hotel”
”Location is convenient to the train station. No reception but management is communicative and helpful. Suite was large and well decorated/equipped. As is sometimes the case, bathroom ventilation wasn’t great so bathroom smelled a little mildewy. Aside from that, room was clean and comfy. Recommend!”

As the hotel has a very central location, there was some noise coming from bars etc to the room but nothing too bad! Air condition is available. ”Shared a room with three adults during Download festival.
Pros: Hotel was conveniently located and everything worked well, staff were friendly and hot shower for everyone. Room was sufficiently spacious to fit three adults and their luggage during a 4 night stay.
Cons: Spare bed (cot bed) had some sharp edges and was of course not the most comfortable sleep for 4 nights.

Location is just outside the main city centre area, so you are not blighted by the associated noise. But attractions are still within a comfortable walking distance, or their are bus services/stops in close vicinity. Overall a great stay.”
