”Huone oli tilava ja siisti, ja positiivisena yllätyksenä minibaarin tarjoilut kuuluivat huoneen hintaan. Huoneessa oli fasiliteetit kunnossa ja pidin erityisesti siitä, että saippuat olivat pumppupulloissa eikä kertakäyttötuotteita.”
”Erittäin hyvällä paikalla, varsinkin jos on asiaa Principality Stadiumille. Stadium näkyi ikkunasta joen toisella puolella. Myös keskustaan lyhyt kävelymatka. Huone oli myös todella siisti, hyvässä kunnossa ja moderni. Siivooja unohti kerran meidän huoneen oven auki, mutta onneksi siellä ei ollut käynyt yllätysvieraita (ainakaan ei olla huomattu, että mitään olisi varastettu). Käsipyyhkeitä antoivat vain yhden käyttöön, vaikka meitä oli kaksi. Jos ikinä tulee enää asiaa tälle seudulle, varaisin...

The 2 bed apartment ( with en-suites) was very clean with good decor. Very comfortable beds. Good sized rooms. We had a very quiet and chilled stay.
Kitchen/community room was very well equipped.

”Nice hotel with great location and extremely nice staff. They get us early breakfast in the room and answer all the questions we have. Breakdast buffet was also great and lot of healthy options. Gym was maybe the best hotel gym i've ever visited. Spa was nice bonus and 20 meter long swimming pool was so cool because you can really do the swimming exercise there if you wanted to. ”
”The hotel is located in a quiet residential area on a waterfront. It was between Cardiff Bay (15-20 minute walk) and city centre (15 minute walk). The kitchenette was adequate to prepare/cook a simple meal. The breakfast was good with a range of food, including a cooked breakfast. We thought it was excellent value for money.”

”We were allocated a room on the third floor facing the road. We asked for a quiet room and were immediately given a room facing the principality stadium. We had a good night sleep. We visit this hotel regularly, our daughter lives nearby. Never had a bad experience. All the staff we encountered were friendly, helpful and professional. There is a large car park so really convenient for Cardiff city centre. ”

”The staff at this hotel were amazing! It was our son’s birthday and the guest services manager Rachel went above and beyond by filling the room with surprises for him! He was absolutely delighted and so was his sister, as there were plenty of treats to share, plus a bottle of Prosecco for us! The room itself was spacious for the 4 of us, and very clean and well equipped. We had an issue with aircon but this was reported and someone was sent to try and sort it. Unfortunately they couldn’t before...
