”We prepaid for the stay. When we got there we were informed that we had to pay for daily parking. It may be on the website now but was NOT at the time of booking. There was no office there was a pool table in the lobby with a computer and printer next to it. The food was powdered eggs . Bacon strips were very thin. Bread was stale. Hotel room had crumbs in the chair by the window and on the floor by the chair. The staff was nice and helpful.”

”The hotel is very nice. The location is excellent, the rooms were very clean, and the facilities are beautiful.
However, I had a very disappointing experience with the hotel’s Lost & Found process. I accidentally left my Leather Coach jacket in the closet of my room and called the hotel twice to report it. On both occasions, I was told that nothing had been found, even though I was 100% certain that I had left it there.
My daughter, who previously worked in the hotel industry and is familiar...

”The front desk was very rude. They don't have free wifi. Dog poop everyone. It stinks when it rains. They don't ask if you need new towels, etc. Lots of rats running around on the side where Five Guys is at. No fresh air because you can't open the windows. Overall if I could rate a 0 I would.
