”If I could rate our experience 5+ stars I would. Kelly’s has character with the log furniture. The staff were outstanding, very kind and helpful! Our room was upgraded to a suite at no extra charge. The dinner suggestions from the staff were accurate and helpful! The continental breakfast had lots of options and their coffee was great. We’ll definitely make reservations to stay at Kelly’s the next time we are in West Yellowstone and encourage our friends to stay there as well.”

”This cabin was excellent. It had everything we need including ice maker. The daily s’mores for the firepit were excellent. The cabin was beautiful and a 2 minute walk to shopping. The staff was superb and attentive. Best place to stay for Yellowstone park. Absolutely loved everything about it. ”

”There was way too much dust, and overall it was a terrible hotel experience. The mattress was especially bad. It was sagging and very uncomfortable to lie on. The room didn’t feel clean at all, and even though I had booked one night, I ended up leaving early and booking another hotel. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.”

”Very clean and pretty hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Romanian young man working the front desk gave us some great recommendations for dining, help us with our luggage, and gave us a tour of the room. Need to know: there are no elevators at this hotel and there are 2 floors. Pros: towel warmers in bathroom, double shower, fireplace, mini fridge, great breakfast in am from 7-9. The area "West Yellowstone" is small and there are not a ton of options for dining. The prices are high....

”Really friendly staff, who were attentive and helpful. The space was great, lots of room, very homely and comfortable. Upon arrival, bath could have been cleaner but this was a minor issue in a fantastic stay. Perfectly located with all of West Yellowstone within walking distance, and really close to the west entrance to the park. Would highly recommend!”
