”+ Good, clean room. + Good-size shower. - No sound privacy. Can hear everything happening out front. . No elevators. + Nice staff. - No ice machine. - Lobby doesn't open til 7am. Where do I drop off the key? Obviously I needa beat the crowded traffic going in to Yellowstone well before 7am. I ran around the building. Didn't see any key dropoff box. sigh - Cramped parking. + Close to West Yellowstone entrance. - Extortionate. . But I guess that's the price for booking near Yellowstone entrance...

”Overall the property and staff were great. While the breakfast included was convenient, I expected a better breakfast for the nightly price charged. An omelet station would be nice instead of the instant hotel food typically found in a 3 star hotel. I would still recommend the property as it is convenient.”

”The property really needs a major overhaul. I had to wedge a chair against my room door so the sound of the wind did not come through. The weather stripping on the door needed to be replaced ages ago. You could see to the outside. The breakfast was adequate. And the cost of the room per night plus taxes & fees I would have expected more. I will not stay here again. Fool me once...”

”The rooms are so small that if you have 2 beds in them and one of those beds has 2 people in it, and they have to get up in the middle of the night, good luck! The beds are pushed against the wall and you would have to climb over the other person to get out. What they charge for these rooms is almost criminal.”

We showed up at 3:17 and were told there was no rooms available but we can stay in a cabin in the back. They took us to the cabin and it was too bad looking. So we said ok.
