”Everything was perfect! The situation, the room, the owners, breakfast. The only very little thing at this time of year was that I would prefer a thinner blanket. But there was a fan anyway so I would give this place a full ten!”

”Based on the property description, I was expecting something different. It is a room in an old house. The proprietor was kind, helpful, and accommodating. It was enough for one night and the price was right, but I likely wouldn't return. We had problems with the WC. The location was good, close to the train station and walkable distance to the seaside and city center. If you have an allergy to dogs, pass on this. ”Amazing place!! We stayed here the night before getting the ferry but we would love to visit again just to stay. The reception and service was brilliant and the food absolutely delicious. An outstanding chef, and all staff went above and beyond. A special place for sure...we wish we had a local place like this to go to.”

It was a really hot night and air conditioning wasn’t working, however a small tower fan had been put in room, but didn’t really cool it down!

The hotel is just opposite Deal's beautiful beach - if you get a sea view room you'll catch the sunrise.
