”A limited number of buses into Leominster but their timetable was reliable. Excellent breakfasts and friendly, efficient staff. Inn was fairly good busy during the evenings and served very good meals. A lovely place to stay.”

”This is a converted coaching inn at the junction of a few roads. Easy parking, good breakfasts and dinners, plenty of character. A bit of a downside if you’re a light sleeper with the traffic and kitchen exhaust system. Otherwise, easy place to stay.”

”We were made very welcome by Wendy and Lawrence on our arrival. We sat outside in the sunny garden with a mug of tea and a caramel bar. We had the entire dining room to ourselves. There was a great selection of cereals available and the traditional breakfast was delicious. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom spacious. ”

”Very nice cottage with beautiful gardens. The beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was great. The owner provided tea, coffee and milk, which was a very nice touch as we arrived very late. Would definitely stay again.”

”Very friendly staff and well maintained hotel, the room was clean but a bit noisy. Room 4 was a bit noisy as the kitchen was below and we had to have the windows open, we were only staying the one night so didn’t complain. We had eat in the restaurant on Monday evening and had a very pleasant time good food and a drink outside on the patio.”

Excellent and well maintained facilities with the highlights being a tennis court and an indoor swimming pool! Beautiful and peaceful location, surrounded by fields and countryside. ”Unfortunately our stay had to be cut short by 2 days as my back could not tolerate the only bed in the property which is lumpy and hard. Think of a bag of potatoes and you wouldn’t be far off. I’ll end on a positive, the rear garden is beautiful!”
