”They canceled the reservation 24 hours before check in. The reason stated was “natural disaster”. This was for the San Fermin festival. I suspect they rented the apartment for a higher fee and simple made up an excuse to cancel my reservation. I rented this on Expedia - in all communications they asked me to “check my VRBO account”. I don't have a VRBO account. Very poor experience.”
