The four spacious bedrooms are retreats of their own:
* The Upper Level: A queen suite with an ensuite shower and windows that frame views of the ocean toward Mykonos. A private balcony looks out over the mountains.
* **The Ground Floor:** A queen bedroom with courtyard views and an ensuite, alongside a versatile twin room with bunk beds. Both rooms open directly to the pool area and a courtyard featuring an ancient olive tree.
* **The Basement Apartment:** Featuring both internal and external entrances, this space offers additional privacy with a queen bed, twin bunk beds, a full bathroom, and its own lounge and dining area.

Outdoor Ease
Step outside into a setting designed for intentional stillness. A private swimming pool is surrounded by local landscaping and multiple terraces. For shared meals, a large pergola shades a monastery-style table for ten, complemented by a gas BBQ, a wood-fired stove, and an outdoor preparation area.

Situated on the serene, less-visited side of Naxos, the estate is just 500 meters from the pristine sands of Amiti Beach. Here, you can watch the mountains turn shades of pink as the sun slips into the deep blue of the summer evening. It is a place to slow down and experience authentic island life, with the opportunity to pick seasonal produce from the garden or join the autumn olive harvest.

Gatherings and Retreats
The estate is a natural home for togetherness, making it an ideal setting for intimate weddings or corporate retreats with prior approval. The expansive outdoor areas can accommodate up to 120 guests for celebrations under the Cycladic sky. Requires pre approval and subject to additional charges.

We will greet you personally for check-in and check-out to ensure your stay begins with ease. To maintain your privacy, the villa receives twice-weekly cleaning and daily pool maintenance with minimal intrusion.

As the estate is located in a peaceful rural area, you may encounter local wildlife; we invite you to enjoy nature responsibly. We also advise that the pool is ungated and the property contains various stairs and balconies, so please supervise children accordingly.
