Idyllic, perfectly positioned Aegean island beachfront Villa’s in an elevated, sunset facing position, 10 metres directly above the beach. These perfect houses on the west side of Koufonisi village with spectacular and unspoilt panoramic views have very easy and short walking access to all beaches, restaurants, bars, shops, gym, main harbour, night life as well as wonderful swimming directly in front of the houses.

Koufonisi, this beautiful island, close to, and wind sheltered by Naxos, is part of the Micro Cyclades mid way between Santorini and Mykonos and has - compared to them - a relaxed, peaceful, easy lifestyle and ambience - perfect to recharge your batteries.

Villa Thera and Villa Azure are both arranged over two floors with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the lower floor. Villa Thera sleeps up to five and Villa Azure up to four and if both houses are booked together can accommodate up to twelve people. Full air conditioning throughout both Villas and both with very fast internet through satellite connection giving with 200-300 Mbps for download. Both houses are equipped with Smart TVs (Internet, Bluetooth and Ethernet compatible),full kitchens, outside barbecues, three outside terraces and a small well planted gardens. Local supermarkets are in easy walking distance and they also provide a home delivery service.

Villa Thera also has an upstairs guest WC, washing machine and dishwasher

Koufonisi - made up of two islands Pano Koufonisi and Kato Koufonisi - has many perfect yet different beaches on both islands. There is no airport but Koufonisi is easily reached by ferry from Athens, Mykonos, Santorini, Naxos and Paros. Everywhere on the main island is within walking distance and the temperature is a fairly constant 25C to 30C between late May and early October. Walking, cycling or the converted fishing boats are the best ways to get around the island - a car is not required.
