Villa Selvarion offers 100 m² of thoughtfully designed living space, accommodating up to six guests across three comfortable bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature double beds, while the third is furnished with twin single beds, making it well suited to both families and groups of friends. The bright living area opens onto a private terrace where outdoor dining and peaceful evenings can be enjoyed, while the fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, kitchenware, dining area and children's high chair for added convenience. Four modern bathrooms ensure excellent comfort and privacy for every guest.



The shared outdoor swimming pool is ideal for both adults and children, with a dedicated shallow section for younger guests. A snack bar within the complex serves drinks and light refreshments throughout the day, while the reception area features a small library where guests can borrow books during their stay. Three of the villas within the complex also feature private outdoor hot tubs, although Villa Selvarion does not include one.



Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi, air conditioning throughout, soundproofed interiors, flat-screen televisions, bathrobes, tea and coffee facilities, a safety deposit box, extra-long beds, outdoor furniture and private balconies overlooking the gardens and surrounding countryside.
