”Lovely place, clean and quiet. Great location. Awesome staff.”

”Wonderful experience at The Del Monte Lodge! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. What really stood out was the staff—everyone was genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive, and I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. The location in Pittsford is also perfect. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!”

”Our host Gary was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a beautiful classic building. The breakfast was delicious. We will definitely return!”

”Staff not very helpful or polite, but otherwise clean enough and decent breakfast.”

”Convenient location for the strong museum”

”Make sure you bring your own toothbrush and paste. Very uncommon for such size of hotel chain to make you buy the bare necessities, including a body lotion. The receptionist on duty at my arrival was not bothered if anyone would come to the hotel. The male staff at the reception were all nice and helpful, making you feel welcomed and valued. The condition of the hotel was good in general. The wall behind the toilet in my bathroom was wet.”

”Beautiful short stay! Enjoyed breakfast by the fireplace”

The gym was basic but had a decent amount of machines and a cable work out machine. The pool ( which I didn't use) was...

”Great location for local history sites. The employee was very friendly and stepped outside with me to show me where our room was. Loved parking right outside our door. The breakfast was an on the go breakfast, granola bars, fruit and pastries. It was good with us, if not there is a McDonalds right next door. Room was clean but a little smaller to other places we have stayed. That didn't bother us as we were gone during the day. I would not hesitate to book this place again!”
